Yesterday was one of the finest days ever for our project!  Our fundraising concert at the ARK was an overwhelming success on every level. Very importantly, our new partnership with Artrain was formally announced, along with our new timeline. The magnitude of our ambition is more important than our timeline, and with Artrain's help, every single aspect of our vision has been restored and WILL BE DELIVERED-- in 2014.


Thanks to the incredible reception from those attending, the great job by emcee Steven Clark from channel 7, the phenomenal John U.

JBE Upcoming Fundraising/Concert!

JOYBOX EXPRESS invites everyone to attend our May 19 Fundraising/Concert from 1-4pm at THE ARK in Ann Arbor.

Musical guests are: Mr. B, George Bedard, Madcat Ruth, Paul Keller, Ellen Rowe, San Slomovits, Pete Siers, Sam Genson and more.

Surprise hosts and the JBE team will describe their past, present, and future project goals. We'll also describe our needs, and allow those in attendance the opportunity to make a contribution to help us succeed in executing our 2000 mile Mississippi River trip.

JBE is proud and pleased to announce our new partnership with Artrain. Artrain has produced exhibits throughout the USA for 40 years, and will be helping us in all facets of our Mississippi River project. Stay tuned!

Pianist is keyed up about mixing art and athletics

It would be challenging enough to travel by bike if you were, say, a guitarist, a saxophonist or even a tuba player.

The man who goes by Mr. B hasn't put aside his dreams of touring on two wheels, despite being ... a pianist. In fact, he's made it the visual signature, or gimmick, of Joybox Express.
